Ingredients

mixed vegetables, tofu, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant. 3. Stir in tofu and mixed vegetables. 4. Add soy sauce and stir-fry until vegetables are tender. 5. Serve hot.

Notes

Quick and easy recipe when you're on the go. Don;t forget to add the garnishing at the end. Experiment  with some other herbs and spices for toppings.
